Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Bol AI
• You agree to use the app only for lawful English language practice purposes
• You are responsible for the content you speak or type during sessions
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or abuse the app or its API
• You must not use the app to generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not share or transfer your account to any other person
• One account per person — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted

• Free plan: Available indefinitely with limited daily usage (1 challenge/day, 1 conversation/day)
• Pro Monthly: ₹199/month — includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• Pro Yearly: ₹1,499/year — includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy
• Prices may change with 30 days notice communicated in-app

Feedback, conversation responses, and evaluations in Bol AI are generated by artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini and Whisper). While we work to ensure quality, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or imperfect.

Bol AI is a practice and improvement tool, not a certified language assessment service. It should not be used as the sole basis for academic, professional, or immigration language evaluations.

• All app content, code, design, branding, and features are owned by Bol AI and protected by applicable IP laws
• You retain ownership of any speech content you provide during your sessions
• By using the app, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your speech content solely for the purpose of providing the service
• You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission

Bol AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific language learning outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at any time
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of Bol AI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of Bol AI after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance.
